Supporting & Sustaining

Central IN Young Life currently consists of 10 areas, 17 staff, and 17 ministries. Supporting and sustaining these areas is of first priority. Central IN Associate Regional Director, Michael Redding, works weekly to supervise, train, and develop staff in these areas as well as develop local committee chairs to ensure sustainability of ministry over the long haul.

If there staff transitions in an area, Michael works to provide consistency and support to the local committees and leaders. Michael also works to recruit and hire staff to fill staff openings when necessary.

Michael also works to connect local committee chairs and staff to one another to best find synergies to increase ministry impact. When financial issues arise in local areas, Michael helps provide experience and guidance to help ensure sustainability.
